The Sustainable Sourcing class will take UNH Paul College students on a journey to discuss the different responsibilities and ethical dilemmas posed when sourcing goods and services through the Procurement departmentWhen faced with ambiguity, and evolving industry standards, how do you determine the right thing to doWhat decisions must you make to keep your business running, while also being aware of environmental, social, and economic factors?   

  

Student teams will work with a client to perform a Supplier Risk Assessment to analyze and measure Financial Stability, Geo-political Standing, Compliance, Operational Excellence, and Sustainability within the client’s suppliersThis experience will challenge students to discuss these topics, along with other current events, to understand Procurement’s crucial role in a company’s supply chain while maintaining a high level of sustainability.
