Organizational Agility

This Face-to-Face course will focus on how organizations, in particular senior leaders, decide to take agile strategy, how they view agile, the impact it will have on their planning from a staffing, performance, product, and operational perspective.

Students will work in groups throughout the semester, with each class focusing the impact the transition to agile to the organization.  The students will be provided material to raise their understanding of agile behaviors and attributes, and look to see how it will impact various operational aspects of an organization.  Many classes will involve students examining current corporate examples of where corporations may have achieved a dominating market presence with agility and then lose that dominance by being overtaken by a competitor with greater agile nimbleness
