Learn about the power of competitive differentiation through the lens of EBSCO Information Services’ (EIS) rise from a small start-up (founded by Tim Collins when he was attending UNH) to the leading online research service for libraries worldwide.

You’ll be challenged to make recommendations to address challenges faced by EIS as it moved from the academic market into the medical market. You’ll learn how EIS’s focus on its mission, business principles and culture were instrumental to its transformation into a business with $2B+ in sales and over 3,000 employees. You’ll develop principles and culture elements that you see as important to a company that you might start or work for in the future.

Classes will include Leadership Training modules that were designed to help EIS, and its employees, realize their full potential as well as Business Insights gained from Tim’s 40 years of experience in business leadership.
