Designed for students interested in learning about careers in education, this survey course explores professional opportunities in both formal and informal education settings within P-12 teaching and beyond (i.e., research, museum director, counseling, social work, educational software developer, etc.). Faculty from multiple disciplines and local professionals will present seminars and lead discussions about their role in addressing contemporary issues in education. Students will consider pathways that can be taken to pursue professional goals.
