Sustainable facility management includes maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, engineering, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), utility usage management, budgets, security, crisis management/emergency management, and production. This course covers the general systems and processes related to the planning, programming, design, construction, and occupancy of facilities, including long-range, strategic and tactical planning, the relationship between facility planning and business planning, organization of sites, and buildings.

They will also be required to submit video clips and photos demonstrating their skills providing device demonstrations, loans and customer training.
