Talent Lifecyle Management has become more important than ever, but most managers lack the knowledge and the skills to know how to select, retain and develop top talent. This course will focus on all of this and more. It all starts with hiring the right people, but how do you know? This course will look at company culture, job competencies and interviewing.  

 

Once a candidate has been hired, onboarding and training become the focus, and first impressions of a new employee can define their time and their engagement with the company.
