This course will emphasize the use of spectroscopic and analytical techniques specifically aimed at characterizing and identifying inorganic compounds, such as multi-nuclear NMR, UV\Vis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and mass spectrometry. An introduction to scientific writing will be included.
