We are currently in what media has dubbed “The Great Resignation.” With over 50% of employees already having changed jobs in the past 2 years, what can employers do to hold on to their top talent in the race for employees? Talent Lifecyle Management has become more important than ever, but most managers lack the knowledge and the skills to know how to select, retain and develop top talent. This course will focus on all of this and more. It all starts with hiring the right people, but how do you know? This course will look at company culture, job competencies and interviewing.

Once a candidate has been hired, onboarding and training become the focus, and first impressions of a new employee can define their time and their engagement with the company. Talent Lifecyle Management helps to define a process for developing, engaging, and retaining a company’s talent and can give companies who are successful at this a leading edge in business.
