Agile Tech Sourcing:
In this course, students will learn how to engage effectively with different teams and individuals within an organization to drive the acquisition of technology products and services (such as SaaS) with speed and agility. Student teams will deliver a technology procurement plan for a client.
The dynamic approach to buying technology presented in the course will help students develop competencies that are not only relevant for those who are interested in a relevant career but for anyone who wants to drive effective negotiations and change management programs within enterprises.
