This seminar course couses on the integration of systems thinking when engaging in clinical nursing leadership and the application of systems theory in analyzing dynamic health systems. Emphasizes the developing leadership role at the micro-system level and with an aggregate focus (e.g., long term care; community/public health agencies; amulatory care clinics; health centers; schools; and acure care settings).
