The course introduces students to a variety of approaches to the watercolor medium through the use of hands-on experience, demonstrations, instructor and peer feedback, and discussions. Students will develop watercolor painting skills and visual literacy through recognizing and practicing common watercolor techniques leading to a portfolio of work by the end of the term.
