The UNHM internship places students in a variety of business and organizational settings under the direction of a faculty adviser and workplace supervisor. This course is open to all students in all majors and is suited for students interning and/or seeking employment within the next six months. Letter grades are assigned. An important aspect of mindfulness is developing a non-judgmental, accepting, even curious, attitude about your moment-to-moment experience. The more you develop this attitude, the less you will feel overwhelmed by changes and challenges in your life.
