This clinical course is designed to provide experiences to apply the knowledge to the skills required to perform a systematic examination of a healthy adult, to perform basic psychomotor skills and to record findings appropriately. Students implement the nursing process by obtaining health histories, performing physical and psychosocial assessments, establishing a database, and formulating initial nursing plans.
