Hello and welcome to ADMN 842! Get ready to jump into the exciting world of project management to gain practical skills and knowledge that you can use in your current and future roles. This online course will have a couple of hybrid elements to enable you to work with your classmates.

Throughout this course, we'll cover topics from chartering projects to organizational capability to communication planning, and more.  We'll be focusing on real-world application and developing practical skills that you can use in the workplace.

And for those who love to collaborate, we have two group projects. We'll also have three Discussion Boards and three Discussion Circles. Discussion Circles are in essence Discussion Boards except you'll be talking with eachother on a Zoom/Teams call.
