Principles of VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) systems at the physical level. CMOS circuit and logic design, CAD tools, CMOS system case studies. Systems Security

All students registered as ECE 896 will have additional design, report, and analysis requirements for homework/laboratory. In addition, these students will not be allowed to choose a survey option for final project and will be required to give a 15-minute oral presentation and 6-page IEEE formatted report. Topics will be agreed upon with the professor.
