Building Information Modeling (BMI) is the process of generating and managing project data during its life cycle by integrating 3D multidisciplinary drawings with dynamic scheduling and visualization. BIM provides a digital representation of project data to facilitate the exchange of information beyond the standard two dimensional plan set.
