We will also read recent peer-reviewed publications introducing ongoing DEI debates and engage in active discussions on the theoretical and practical implications of these perspectives. Additionally, we will consider how objective science really is, the value of diversity on innovation and productivity, and what responsibility practitioners and students have in promoting antiracism, diversity, and decolonizing research strategies.
