In Fall 2022, a special section of NUTR 525 - Food and Culture in Italy will be offered and taught by our UNH in Italy faculty.  Primarily offered in a synchronous fashion via Zoom, students will be offered two on-campus opportunities to meet, discuss (and taste) their food culture experiences.  Midterm and final exams will also be conducted in person, on the Durham campus.  Students who enjoy discussion, exploration,  culture, and food are encouraged to register. (Note: For Fall 2022 only, this course is NOT restricted to study abroad students.  All interested students are encouraged to register.)
