This course presents a balanced analysis of practical Business Spanish and is intended to provide intermediate-level students with a structured development of written and spoken business language skills in Spanish. In a rapidly changing business environment, where new technologies demand new language skills and international dealings can seem increasingly anonymous, this course aims to take the fear out of learning to survive in a Spanish-speaking business world by providing students with the required skills and putting them in touch with the kind of people with whom they are likely to do business. The student who successfully completes this course is expected to have gained a better understanding of business environments, as well as increase his or her communicative and argumentative skills in Spanish. This course will be conducted entirely in Spanish.
