During the online sessions, you will learn about the tools and techniques needed and explore them through case analyses, discussions, and by interviewing a leader of change. During the weekend intensive at Paul College, you will expand your understanding of how change happens and how it affects individuals, including you, by engaging in experiential exercises, role plays, and discussions. Throughout the course, you will work on an applied project – a real organizational change of your choosing – and apply your evolving understanding of organizational change to your planning and execution.

Dates of the weekend-intensive portion are:  June 7, 9:00am -  4:30pm  &  June 8, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (Hamilton Smith Room 107)
