Topics include: PDE classification, superposition, separation of variables, orthonormal functions, completeness, convergence, Fourier Series, Sturm-Liouville eigenvalue problems, and eigenfunctions. Methods are introduced for the analysis and solution of boundary value problems, in particular, the Heat, Wave, and Laplace equations.
