This national moot court competition that focuses on issues of trademark and unfair competition, is organized by INTA and members of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition Committee. Students write a brief and argue the case in regional and national competitions before a panel of volunteer attorneys and judges from various district and other specialized courts (TTAB, USPTO and the Federal Circuit). Students must apply, try out, and be accepted by the Moot Court Board for this traveling team.

The Wechsler Competition hosted by the Buffalo Moot Court Board is the only national moot court in the United States to focus on topics in substantive criminal law. Students will write a brief and participate in oral arguments during rounds of competitions. Students must apply, try out and be accepted by the Moot Court Board for this traveling team. Due to the global pandemic, the competition this year will be virtual.
