The Engaged Workplace

As we enter the job market or continue along a career path, how can we determine whether a company is a good place to work? How are employees treated? Do they feel connected and valued? In “The Engaged Workplace”, we look to answer those questions and more. Through presentation, video and fun activities, we will examine what employee engagement is, why it matters and how to achieve it. We will examine the benefits of creating fair and equitable practices, including diversity and inclusion, that promote employee engagement. We will look at companies that are creating an environment in which employees thrive, and those that are not. Whether planning business ownership or a career involving management of people, this course will provide valuable insight into how a company can provide a rewarding employee experience.
