You will prepare plans representative of building construction and land development commonly used in the architectural, engineering, surveying and construction fields. The emphasis will be on the end result: Preparing complete and professional plans. Through this, you will acquire basic skills in designing and plan layout required by these industries. We will approach this material by designing and drafting using computer software (AutoCAD). Another end outcome is that you will gain a certain level of competency with this AutoCAD software, a program used by the majority of the firms in these professions.
