Beginning in Spring 2019 students who have taken MATH 418 may not take the placement test as a means of entry into MATH 425. (Repeat rule applies for MATH 424A and MATH 424B).

The prerequisite for MATH 425 is EITHER (1) completing MATH 418 with a grade of C or better OR (2) qualifying with the calculus placement evaluation. Students who have not met this prerequisite will be required to drop MATH 425. The calculus placement evaluation must be taken.
