Negotiating and decision-making are essential managerial skills, necessary for influencing employees and stakeholders. This interactive, experiential course will teach you a proven framework for maximizing your value in a negotiation. You will work with classmates to identify solutions to common, but, complex, negotiation dilemmas. 

This course is designated as "hybrid" and meets face-to-face for only three full days: 8am-5pm, April  23-25.  A requirement for this course is that you attend class each day for the full day the course meets face-to-face.
