Additional Course Details: 

This one-semester course will provide a foundation in nuclear physics. I plan to cover chapters 1-7, 17, and parts of 16 and 18 in Povh, as well as an overview on nuclear processes in reactors, medicine, weapons, and solar physics. If time allows, we will also touch upon current frontiers of nuclear physics research.
