MAKE PUPPETS IN YOUR PAJAMAS!

Make puppets at home from materials supplied! You will have the opportunity to build your own creations, rehearse and record short performances to share with the class through Canvas. Puppets will include Storytelling with Rod Puppets, Trash Puppets, Marionettes for Dance Moves and a foam Hand and Rod Puppet. In addition, we will  explore examples and uses of puppets in world culture and media through a variety of images, articles, recordings and online lectures. Course meets Discovery requirements for Fine and Performing Arts.
