The human stress response system, research investigating the sequelae of stress on health, protective strategies for stress, managing personal stress effectively, and strategizing stress modulation as an intervention technique. Course format includes two hours of weekly lecture/discussion followed by one hour of experiential laboratory in which students research and/or apply new information.
