Leveraging Salesforce

Salesforce has become the number one sought-after skill required by employers across varied industries.  Entry level sales positions, account executives, marketing analysts, regional sales managers, vice-presidents, and CEO’s all have a stake in Salesforce at their organization. Each role requires a deep understanding of its capabilities to streamline and simplify day-to-day operations as well as provide critical analytics that impact the company's future.   In this course, students will have hands-on experience in various sales & management roles as it relates to Salesforce. Ultimately, students will have a better understanding of how to use Salesforce when they graduate and its importance to an organization.    Student Teams will choose from 2 organizations, focusing on different markets. Team members will collaborate to build out the company’s Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity data. The course will conclude with a final team presentation of a revenue forecast by building out an analytics dashboard for various roles within the organization.
