Students will develop critical legal and policy focused research, writing and analytic skills through analysis of legal and policy responses to the health insurance coverage dilemma, prescription drug delivery and payment process, and public health issues such as the opioid crisis, COVID-19 pandemic and access to care. Students will review currently debated policy implications, legal challenges and health policy issues.
