It equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to foster a more inclusive workplace environment, examining change processes from the perspectives of individuals and organizations. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and discussions, students gain practical insights into driving change initiatives that prioritize DEl and understand how these initiatives impact individuals and the broader organizational context.
