Exploration of the historical development, ethics, funding, socio-cultural significance, and communication strategies of documentary film and video. May focus on a particular genre or genres. Students must complete two 500 level CA courses (excluding CA 501), at least one of which has CMN 455 as a prerequisite, prior to taking this course, unless granted instructor permission.
Section Comments: First class is in person; online meetings every other week.
