DS620 (01) Global Supply Chain Management is an elective course offered by the Decision Sciences Department at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. In this course students will explore various aspects of today’s global supply chains as we cover five integrated learning modules:
- Networks, Technology & People
- Supply & Demand Planning
- Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Operations & Logistics
- Margin Optimization & Customer Management
In each module students will explore current events happening in the supply chain space, apply quantitative analysis tools, gain insights from guest speakers, work on case studies, and research supply chain issues. Throughout the course we will view supply chains from a global / international perspective as we develop sustainable supply chain strategies.
