The focus of this business in practice seminar is to assist with identifying and defining the steps to accomplish these goals in partnership with AMI Graphics, one of the leading sports signage companies in the United States. Topics include defining the roles of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, exploring strategies to develop a new product or service offering, understanding how to create differentiation and value creation, identifying, and segmenting markets, and learning how to launch a new product or service including creation of metrics for measuring success.
