Agile is the modern and predominant methodology being used in organizations to develop products. When embraced successfully, it provides a huge competitive advantage for companies across many industries. Most companies, however, fail to recognize how their organizations need to change, adapt, and support their agile initiatives. This limits the potential benefits in adapting agile.
Agile Product Management is an opportunity for students to understand the essential elements, behaviors, frameworks, and mindsets involved for companies who are and are developing and agile operating profile. Each class provides students with hands individual and team orientated exercises to understand what it is like to plan, develop, sustain products with an agile perspective. At the end of the course, students will be able to engage in discussions on agile subject matters that would impress potential employers and apply this knowledge to other Paul College classes such as Capstone.
