COURSE DESCRIPTION: Well-being is a state of thriving that is influenced by both your individual choices and the communities in which you belong. In this course, you will learn the lifelong skills of caring for your wellness, harnessing your strengths, and making value-guided choices. Through this exploration you will come to understand what it means to live a life of authenticity and purpose. Opportunities to enhance existing and gain new coping skills will be provided.
