Hello and welcome to ADMN 842! Get ready to jump into the exciting world of project management to gain practical skills and knowledge that you can use in your current and future roles.

Throughout this course, we'll cover topics from chartering projects to organizational capability to communication planning, and more.  We'll be focusing on real-world application and developing practical skills that you can use in the workplace. And for those who love to collaborate, we have two group optional assignments where you can choose to work individually or in teams.
