Students explore the role of sales managers in a dynamic and changing world by immersing themselves in sales management scenarios related to salesforce and sales process design across cultures and industries. Students will learn about the role of the sales in an organization, the significance of customer relationship management, the importance of technology and analytics to improve salesforce effectiveness, and best practices in sales management guided by responsible management principles.
