Immersive Executive Experiences

Companies are increasingly using immersive experiences as tools for executive development, customer education and creating brand loyalty. Understanding how immersive experiences are created and managed is of benefit to managers serving as either host or participant.

In this course, students will develop a greater understanding of why companies hold a variety of experiences (internal and external), and how a mix of experiences can be used to fulfill various strategic initiatives. They will be organized into teams that will design a corporate level, end-to-end experience for a specific industry. This will involve detailing goals for real life program scenarios, communication and operational plans, and assessment measures to evaluate the success of a program.
