Women Leadership in 21st Century

This face-to-face weekly course orients students to the unique challenges and opportunities related to women’s leadership in the 21st century. Business executives and industry leaders provide rich examples and insight from their own leadership journeys as guests throughout the semester. Through a variety of experiential activities, in- cluding interviews, workshops, service engagement, professional writing, and presentations, students will devel- op the confidence, skills, and experiences for transformational leadership in their local and global communities.
