Practical laboratory training in general microbiology. Topics include safe handling, visualization, and physiological identification of microorganisms with special attention given to aseptic technique. Prereq: BIOL 411 and BIOL 412 and CHEM 403 and CHEM 404 or equivalents. Coreq: BMS 503. Special fee.
