Many economic and financial models assume rational actors. In life we often see ‘irrational’ choices. This course applies techniques of behavioral economics, behavioral finance and decision science to business decision making. Emphasis on understanding heuristics and biases in competitors, customers, and ourselves to ultimately make better business decisions.
