Title: Principles of Mechatronics 

Introduction to fundamental concepts for the design, implementation and evaluation of mechatronic systems. Topics include system modeling, robot kinematics, actuators/sensors, system transient/frequency response, feedback control, state observers, signal conditioning, digital signals, digital control systems, and microcontrollers. Laboratory includes the development of hardware-in-the-loop simulations for the evaluation and fault finding of mechatronics applications.
