In-depth examinations of the challenges faced by Japan, China, Hong Kong/Macao, Taiwan, and the Koreas in their search for the correct path to economic growth and prosperity, with special emphasis on each nation's distinct society and history. Companion course to POLT 545, but either may be taken separately. Writing intensive.
