This is a course that introduces the vocabulary and tools of social marketing and outlines the structure to develop a social marketing plan with a goal to encourage changes to individuals or groups behaviors that have a negative impact on health or public policy. Throughout the course there will also be an introduction to marketing concepts in healthcare and the legal structure required to launch new services and campaign regulatory rules. Prereq: Junior, HMP 401.
