Topic: Psychology of Deliquency: Old enough to know, young enough to not care
This course will focus on both classic and contemporary cases of delinquent youth. The first part will focus on definitions, types of delinquency and life course theories. The second part will focus on developmental and social psychology topics related to delinquency. The third part will focus on special issues such as gender and race, gangs and school violence. The last part will focus on prevention and intervention programs.
