Focus may range from general considerations of film theory, criticism, and history, to specific analyses of selected genres, directors, national cinemas, and periods. Course descriptions available in department office during preregistration. Prereq: CMN 455, CMN 456, CMN 457, CMN 550, ENGL 533, or permission. Special fee. Writing intensive. May be repeated for credit.
