In this Student Leadership Academy course, students will articulate and translate their career/leadership competencies they have developed throughout their undergraduate career. These competencies include communication, teamwork, leadership, professionalism, and self-awareness. Students will take steps toward being career ready by learning about industries and employers, building their professional portfolio, developing relationships with leaders, and growing their leadership experiences. Students will complete the final requirements for the Student Leadership Academy, including their required project, portfolio, and presentation. Prereq: UMST 525.
