Consideration of toxicant exposure and absorption, systemic and cellular distribution and metabolism, altered cellular mechanisms, and systemic and organ-specific effects of toxicity. Case-based discussions of toxicants affecting humans and other species in environmental and clinical contexts. Prereq: BMCB 658.
